        They reroofed my house several years ago. Initially I thought they did a great job. The roof started leaking. I reached out to them via text message, phone and in person and they’ve not been responsive to repair my roof. The true statement of a company is not if they perform the service you pay them to do, but rather how they deal with issues. Independent Roofing has chosen to ignore a problem they created. Update. I paid someone else to fix their poor work. Rot had set in. So not only roofing but carpentry and finish work. Update : Still no response from the owner. This is not a false claim. Cost me thousands to fix this issue.
