From Lindsey (dispatch and scheduling) to Allen and Austin the plumbers, it was a good experience. Lindsey is very good at her job. A plus for customer service! Because of the current country wide situation, some things we ordered were running behind but Lindsey kept us informed! Allen and Austin were friendly and explained everything from A to Z. They did a great job too! Left no mess for us to clean up. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and plumbing needs! Service: Installation

An overall very professional and thorough process. We had Hellgate come give us an estimate for new furnace/tankless H20 and AC. Their prices were very competitive. Installers Mike and Austin were incredibly professional, did an amazing job, and left the space cleaner than they found it. Lindsay in the front office coordinated all the electrical company work, so it was very hands off on our part. The system looks and works great. All in all a great group of people to work with through the whole project. 100% reccomend.

My elderly parents needed a new water heater asap. I called 3 plumbers I've used in the past, all were either 2 or 3 weeks out. Googled plumbers in Missoula area and saw great reviews for Hellgate Plumbing. Called them and Lindsey answered the phone, she was fabulous! She knew Alan (one of their plumbers) might have a small window of time to take a look the next day and then she scheduled a block of "emergency" time... time set aside for just such occasions (smart!), on Monday. Turns out, Alan ended up with enough time to get everything done that next day... he did a great job and we are thrilled! Next time, our first call will be to Hellgate Plumbing & Heating/Air. Hellgate Plumbing and Heating has provided me with prompt efficient service. They even called to remind me of the appointment. I had them fix a leaking shower fixture and some outside faucets. Then I discovered the side arm water heater was corroded and leaking. They checked out that it had a warranty which I didn't know about. So slant Fin provided a new tank and they replaced it. They discussed all options prior to replacement. They warned me that it was going to be expensive, but atleast I didn't have to pay for the tank. I had Jason replace an outdoor faucet. It was very expensive. He said he would brig a drywall patch. He never did. I needed a new boiler Jason’s bid was massively overpriced. I was very disappointed. I really like Jason. He does a good job, but the exorbitant pricing is not okay.

I turned to Hellgate Plumbing & Heating after receiving a quote for a water heater and furnace from a different company that seemed unjustifiably high. Not only did Hellgate Plumbing & Heating do a free consultation (unlike the initial company), but Jason put together a reasonable quote and took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Lindsey, at the office, was proactive and friendly in communicating leading up to the installation, and Mike and Austin were skilled and professional in their work installing the units. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with the whole team, and we've been enjoying longer-lasting hot water and more efficient heating ever since. I'm grateful for having found a plumber in town that I trust, and I would gladly work with Hellgate Plumbing & Heating again. Services: Boiler installation, Installation
