My wife sheared off 2 tangs on her platinum wedding ring, thankfully she was able to find the stone so it could be reset. The repair ended up costing $100, which is probably close to the cost of the platinum they used, plus they tightened up some of the settings on the smaller stones to keep them secure. Very happy with their goldsmithing and wouldn't hesitate having work done there again.

We are extremely happy with the work Lord's did for us. We had a Custom Wedding band made for us and they were able to find a great Yogo Sapphire to pair with some loose stones we already had. We will definitely do more business with this merchant!!!! Highly recommend them for custom jewelry!!!

This is a honest family owned and ran local jewelry store. It has been in the same location for over 45 years and is a Missoula staple. They have a big selection of loose stones, engagement and wedding rings. This is one of the rare trustable places; they have a goldsmith on site and do all of the work in house. Jewelry is a big purchase and making it here is a smart choice. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly they helped me design and create a new piece from something old that I didn't wear often into something that I love and will be able to pass down. I have had watches services and batteries changed here. They are the only place in town I have found that do so. The inventory is fun Montana inspired. From simple and budget earrings to big carat pieces, yogos to elk ivorys this is Missoula's trusted jeweler.

I had my watch repaired there and they were very friendly and did good work. When I went to shop for a wedding band the representative out front was eager and friendly but the owners suddenly became arrogant and rude and refused to size our fingers once they knew I was having my fiance's ring custom made elsewhere. I, however, was still shopping for a wedding band. I will never do business with them again and will never have a positive thing to say about them. They turned away good business just because I didn't want to buy a woman's ring from their very limited selection.

I took my wedding ring set in to get some work done on it here and was extremely satisfied with their work on it. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy jewelry or have any repaired.
