Horrible experience! Easton is very unprofessional and down right rude! I just moved back to Montana and searched for a farm base insurance company I like what they had to offer and what they stand for. I started with rental insurance and agreed when I got to Montana to contact him to bring my vehicles on the policyand we would figure numbers out I didn't have all vin numbers at the time. The company messed up and billed me twice.(no big deal they were working on it and I would still owe money when we got the policy for the vehicles) I called Easton for a week straight and lefted a couple voicemails to call me . I was trying to get scheduled to come in. When I finally got ahold of him I was a little upset and instead of trying to keep my business he did everything to not! He told me that his secretaries does his job for him, run the numbers and give all the prices to him and then he takes the prices and gives him to me he told me that someone else does his job for him all I wanted was to work with someone solely so that everything was right and there is no mis communications. After I told him I had 7 vehicles to insure he magical changed his tone and wanted me right away. I told him no thanks I will take the vehicles elsewhere. He called back and said he thought he heard me say I wanted to cancel my policy and that he would have his girls send me an email to cancel and he would also send an email to my landlord that I was canceling my policy. What?! I need that to live here! So beware I have gone through alot of didn't insurances not because of anything bad I move alot and changed to local insurances! He was the worst. I have never made a review before because bad or good everyone has there days. But to basically mess with where I live and could get me kicked out if I didn't have insurance is horrible! Montana people are truly some of the best I am from montana but he was the worst I have ever had to deal with!

Had a flat tire today on Reserve. Called the 800 number just to see if I even had roadside assistance. They had a tow truck called and on it's way in minutes. Very easy to work with and so helpful!

Love working with the team here! They make my insurance experience easy and seamless!! I have my home and vehicle with them and have been been incredibly impressed!!
