This company uses very deceptive sales techniques. They charged me $580 for my portion of a device and those funds were allotted by the insurance company to another provider. They returned the funds but only after holding them for 2 months. they also called me stating that I qualified for certain medical supplies. The word "qualified" implies something special and not available to all. This is not the case as they simply wanted to sell me more supplies hiding under the guise of a "special deal". The business tactics of this company are deceptive.

Partners truly care. Even when they were stretched thin they brought us extra care when I had to have a surgery and could not perform duties that were necessary for my husband's comfort. They help you figure out things during this confusing time in your life when you feel alone. With partners you are never alone. A hand to hold, knowledgeable advice and sometimes a knight in the middle of the night. Thank you Partners. --Laurie and Ed Parks

I worked their as a shospice social worker for 1 yr.The work itself was very rewarding my supervisor was veey immature and unqualified. I had to address her unprofessional manner several times with her supervisor. She made untrue accusations and after I filed a grievance she retaliated against me and made it a unhealthy hostile working environment. The agency refused to follow their own policy and investigate the complaints. This agency does not care about their employees and has an attitude if you dont like something well just replace you. If having a supportive knowledgeable supervisor and a friendly work atmosphere is important to you do not work here.

1. My home care nurse Kristi was Great. 2. My pic line was coming out because of unknown reason but the company was trying to blame my wife who was a phlebotomist for over 20 years in Indianapolis, because they were liable for it coming out. They dropped me instead of accepting responsibility.A RN had even taken pictures at ST. Patrick Hospital in Missoula because she saw how it was being pulled out because of the way it was bandaged. My wife had not touched it. The re-bandaging was done that same morning of when I went into ST. Patrick Hospital that afternoon. The company had called my specialist and said they were dropping me because of my wife. The supervisor didn't even have the decency to call me first, herself. She dumped it on my Home nurse. :-( :-( :-( I will be recommending the V>A. get a different provider for this!!!
