Norman Parmiter took my families $20,000.00 escrow payment and used it to fund his own construction company. After many attempts from us to collect our families money and even more excuses from Mr. Parmiter... such as " you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip" even though he lives in a 500k+ home with boats and all sorts of toys, he finally agreed to a payment plan... which has taken him about 10 years to pay off. He now owes $1625.00 and yet still trying to weasel his way out of paying money he stole from my family!
