      image Very pleasant experience. I walked in with a phone that was close to dead and overheating. They were able to completely transfer all my info, pics and apps. I was very grateful since I had no idea how to do it. Thanks!

      image Just switched to MINT for a fraction of the cost. This store ALSO signed me up with a promo for an $800 trade-in credit (not "up to $800", I was told $800, period). That was not what happened. They ended up crediting me $90 for a phone worth over $400 on eBay at the time. After 4 go-arounds with over-billing and dealing with AT&T customer service, numerous credits and apologies, I finally had it with AT&T as they just kept over-billing me. I am now paying $30/mo for unlimited mint mobile service, which has been comparable quality cell service, except their customer service is 10x better than AT&T. It took 14x AT&T agents to cancel and port out my number- literally 9 hours on the phone! Disaster! This store did not follow through on their marketed sales pitch. If you have to choose AT&T (which I do not recommend) at least go to a corporate store, not a reseller like this one.

      image Never had a reason to review a cell provider until today. Had a great experience setting up a new plan for my wife and I. Andei made the experience with her great sense of humor and patience. Also got hooked up with 2 brand new phones for so cheap it was hard to believe.
