A tale of two appliance stores:
We purchased a GE induction range and Speed Queen top load washer on 12-15-23. Took them home to Salmon (142 miles). Speed Queen never worked, so removed and called for help. Closest help was Boise. They said "we're not coming". Took the washer back for new one. Fred's said that they would check into service/mileage compensation. Still waiting.
RC Willy Provo, UT: Purchased same washer ($100) cheaper, and LG fridge. Fridge wouldn't cool properly. Management credited $150 for inconvenience and sent new fridge to our home to retrieve. Took twenty minutes to remove entry door on home, doors on fridge removed and reconnected new one (for free).

The two gentleman that delivered our new fridge were exceptional in every way. They did an excellent job at there job. I am a manager at the elks lodge here in town and I know how hard it is to find good employees, as a boss I would definitely take care of these two and keep them around. They do a great job.
