The truly earned their rating. I felt like they really tried to make it the best experience possible and they went above and beyond what was expected. The staff made the difference.
Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. It wasnt the Ritz Carlton, but the value was better. Im not a fan of carpet in hotels, but if thats my only complaint, its a worth staying again.

My family and I were traveling over the weekend trying to beat the storm. We sadly were traveling for a funeral and had to miss it due to the storms. We were exhausted and frantically trying to find a place. I called everywhere in Billings and everywhere was booked. My husband felt prompted to have me call Sleep Inn in Miles City and I feel like God knew we needed to connect with Tina at Sleep Inn & Suites. Tina showed us a level of kindness that is hard to find. She truly was the answer to our prayers. Upon arrival, Bobbi went above and beyond to make our stay special. Words will never be enough to express our gratitude towards this special experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. It was clean, breakfast was delicious, staff was UNBELIEVABLE, beds were comfortable, and we will forever more be staying here when we drive through.
We are small business owners ourselves and believe that the staff of a business is the face of it. Sleep Inn & Suites should be PROUD to have staff like Tina and Bobbi representing the hotel. Even the lady in the kitchen was kind, caring, and wonderful. I have a feeling they go above and beyond, and truly care for those that stay in this hotel. Thank you for loving our family, even though we were complete strangers. We will forever be grateful for the experience we had over the weekend.
