Great Service!!! How do I know I didn't even use his service, that's how. My friend was stuck up hwy 2 for 3 hours waiting for a AAA tow. She was freaking out because she could only text. So me back in Colorado start checking tow places that might be on there way to pick her up. I get a hold of Anthony at Ferron and he gives me the whole low down on who to call to check on it. And don't you know it was DW from 100 miles away that AAA used. Anthony thank you for all your help, you are a delight and we didn't even use your service. If I get stuck in Ferron, I'm calling Anthony!

As many people have experienced, I locked myself out of my vehicle recently and had to render some Roadside Assistance. I contacted my Warranty holder, Service Protection Direct, and they contacted Ferron on my behalf. They showed up about 15 minutes later. The man whom assisted me was very pleasant and charged me 40$ to unlock the car.In the past i have been charged as much as 60 by other servicer's, so i was happily surpised. In the end i was pleased with how my rather unexpected experience turned out. Ps, Service Protection Direct covered the whole expense!
