        The guy doing the drug screening was a pretty cool guy. The testing was in and out. I gave 3 stars is because I'm really not interested in listening to the employee's political ranting.

        My doctor needs me to get a blood test to adjust medications. I called to get assistance from valley medical services because this is the location I am supposed to get blood drawn. There is an entire protocol that apparently needs to met in order to do this. I was trying to understand the process but got a very unfriendly person named Lisa on the phone who is incredibly rude. I have my doctor telling me one thing and her telling me another and I'm caught in the middle. Bottomline is I will never let anyone near my medical needs with a temperament like that. BEWARE!!

        Trying to understand what protocols they need (paperwork / scheduling) for blood work.  Dr telling me one thing ... them saying another.  The representative I got on the phone was terribly rude so much so, I will never set foot in this place.

        My wife has been to Valley Medical Services a number of times to get blood work done they're certainly less expensive than the hospital or probably just about any Private Practice in the valley. the phlebotomists there are very good, especially Kirsten, and they offer a wide variety of blood tests and services.

      Valley Medical Services is under new ownership and the new owner Kelly Leaser, continues serving the patrons of Northwest Montana as Flathead Valley Medical Services, Ltd. Our clinic remains located at the same location that its been in for 20+ years. 2425 US Hwy 2 E, Kalispell, MT 59901-2309 and offers all the same services. We remain a preferred collection site for Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, and CRL. Our DOT and Non-DOT physicals are performed by Lottie Block, FNP. We are working on bringing fingerprinting to the Flathead Valley.

      Thank you for the review. However, it was placed on the wrong business web-site. Valley Medical Services sold in August of 2022 to two different people. The drug testing company is now called VMS Drug Testing and is not associated with us.
