Cellular One

I went into this store to try to get a new phone. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars on a new smartphone, but no one would help me find one. When I asked to be helped an employee just rolled his eyes and kept checking invoices. I really wanted to be polite so I just left and went to a different cellphone store.

BUYER BEWARE!! Had service for 10 days, and hated it.  Took advantage of the 15 days return policy and returned everything. Told the associate we wanted everything cancelled and all fees taken care of before they refunded money.  We were assured everything as taken care of, and they issued us a refund.   3 weeks later and we are receiving 3 collection calls a day  for almost $600. They charged us with 2 disconnection fees, and a full month of service we did not have as we paid for the portion we used.  We have made multiple phone calls to get this resolved and all we get is "we will look in to it".  Only sort of response we got, was that the associate messed up on the majority of the return paperwork, and that it could take up to 30 days to get it resolved.  3 collection calls a day and we have yet to receive a bill.  Wait 30 more days,  dont think so.  Im calling a lawyer on this one.
