    Infested with bed bugs!
    Dec 20th, 2020

This place is the WORST. They have bedbugs like no one else. They are rude management. Its says that theres no drugs or alcohol but there is. Ive seen it. I dont approve of how they manage this place its just uncall for. They say they clean the bathrooms but ive never seen them or seen any difference in the bathroom. Its unsanitary like when I first moved in here I thought it was okay but now I think its just terrible. My room was supposedly clean but there needed to vacuum it. There is crumbs of food thats been by my bed that they did clean. There rooms are hot and no air conditioning. They have very bad wiring and I had bedbugs in my room they spread the edges of the room not all of the room. They said that a bug person came in and spread but i still got bit by bedbugs so if they say that they spreyed and a person came in and spread then why am i still being bit by bedbugs. I dont recommend anyone to stay here.

This place has bed bugs and the manager has bed bugs. The manager is extremely rude to people. Is not a good place and not run by good people. Manager needs to be fired.

The wonderful respectful and caring protective staff, cheapest rent in town, and clean amd sober living environment are worth the bedbugs.

Not sure if this place is open anymore, I attempted to call the number but it has been disconnected.I lived at Rosebriar Inn from Late 2015 - Early 2017. I had just moved to Montana in the Fall 2015. I will agree with a lot of what other reviews about this place.I only stayed because I had nowhere else to go and the rent was pretty much on the cheap at $310 for 30 days (day to day rated) The building itself is over 100 years old with the added section being over 80 years old.The ideal was to turn into a place where people were getting their life back on track - however, not everyone succeeded. The Manager Chuck may have come off as rude but, I got to know him and he as well came from a spotting passed. He did his best to keep crime and drugs out of the place. He was very strict and if you were caught drinking alcohol or doing drugs you were thrown out sometimes with the police involved. The place needs serious renovations and while new owners came in they did little renovations except for some upgrades to the front exterior of the building and secured the front door with a key fob or key entrance only. If you were not scheduled an appointment you most likely were not allowed in.The rules, are NO guests in the rooms after 10 PM. It was a no thrills old building and often had electrical issues. many times false fire alarms in the middle of the night, or times when the Manager and Police were kicking someone out at 3 AM.The bathrooms were not perfect in any sense of the imagination always wear some kind of water resistance footwear.Due to the electrical issues, only a few early select rooms got to have Air conditioners and you had to pay a small monthly fee for, as well as for TV and or a small fridge. There were small Microwaves on opposite ends of the hallway. There was a Kitchen to share with others living in the building on the 1st floor.3 floors 1st and 2nd had tiny 1 bed rooms while the third floor (an attic) served as a dorm room with cubical beds for those who could not afford the $300. Some of the rooms were actual Studio type Apts. for $400 or more a month.Drug users, Alcoholics, and Sex offenders were living there. I learned about the sex offenders during my last few months there.Apparently, there were some staff members who were some of those offenders. And while they may be undesirables I guess they have to have someplace to live.Keeping in mind this was a type of Inn from the 19th Century the walls were only pretty much thin plywood or paneling that separated rooms. You could see in some of the rooms that were designed to be small suites from the doorways to the other room being covered with thin panels. So, the place had more rooms than originally intended.Last few months it appeared that someone had brought in bed bugs and the manager did have sprayers come in. Luckily for me, I never had to deal with any.The place is situated within downtown Kalispell, MT. With only a short walk to banks, restaurants, grocery stores, the library, and Flathead County Medical Clinic.Complaining about drug users here is like complaining about people breathing in Kalispell. Unfortunately, Kalispell is a small town and with limited employment opportunities there was heavy drug use in the town so, I think personally just about every other person you met was either a former addict or trying to change their lives around. I make no excuses for anyone but I am trying to be fair and honest about both Rosebriar Inn and Kalispell. It appears to have been closed at least from the date of this review. I looked it up because I wanted to know if the promised renovations actually took place? The name of Rosebriar when new owners came in was supposedly changed to MyHouse or something of that effect.
