        This is from Dean Dunlap, Anne's husband. I recently picked up my order of a 1/4 Beef that was processed at Hilger Meats. After slaughter it hung for 2 weeks(perfect) and then cut and wrapped. I can't express how perfect and the care in this process was. Wrapped twice with plastic and wrapped then with freezer paper and the meat is just perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and pride in which this process was done.
