Only gave a star so I can review. This guy is not very helpful. His hours indicate that's he's available until 9 pm. This is our first home and first time living with radon. Last night around 7 pm I called to get some questions answered because we believe our system stopped working. I called, left a message, got a text response not a phone call about 1.5 hours later. Then at 9 pm no more responses. I got about 30 minutes to chat. The only thing he told me was he thinks the fan is out and he would charge about 500$ to install a new one. Then at 9 pm no more responses. Then today I texted him saying we were going elsewhere for help and shockingly had a quick response saying hes off today despite his hours on his website saying he's open.
He claimed he already ordered a fan? How is that possible if he knows nothing about where we live or even the size of fan we need. How could he without looking at it? Anyways, I've called several people and did searches online. You can buy your own fan form a million different places and the. Install yourself for less than 500$ much less. Save yourself thr hassle with this guy.

Helena radon and testing were wonderful to work with. Honest, dependable, and a great value. They installed a radon remediation system including a new vapor seal in my 3000+ crawl space. Work was done on time and within Contract. I would recommend this company!

Eric was easy to work with from the initial estimate through the end of the project. He did everything he said he would do, showed up when he said he would show up and the finish product is what he promised. He also cleaned up when he was done. If you need radon mitigation, I would highly recommend Eric from Helena Radon & Testing.
