This place is a mess and the service was slow. Slow and not friendly 👎🏼 I want next-door to Love’s to get napkins and ketchup. I understand they may be short staffed but, ...jeez it was pretty bad all around

If I could give no stars I would.the lady who took my order was so rude. she had an overall attitude. And I about canceled my order.because she was horrible.she was yelling at a guy who was ordering saying she can't understand him and overall just mean to the poor guy.he just wanted a number 7 combo.how hard is that.

They get two stars because it did look like a nice enough establishment. But I ended up not getting anything to eat there and it was a MASSIVE disappointment.
I saw the smiling star and remembered that Hardee's is supposed to be basically the same as Carl's Jr. As a vegetarian in the greater Seattle area I go to Carl's J probably twice a month for their beyond burgers and that is pretty much the only fast food I will force myself to eat. BK lounge has impossible burgers over there too but Carl's Jr is the only one I buy.
The fact that I can't get a burger at Hardee's on my trip across America is a major let down.
