        He had filed a quick claim for me and messed up which is fine , I understand everyone makes mistakes . The thing that bothers me is I was then charged for his mistake and for him correcting said mistake

        Brenda of his staff is condescending , rude, and does not know the difference between an Invoice & a Statement. John’s ok, but you have to go through this untenable woman. Nope!
