love supporting a local family owned business. We have experienced first class customer service with Truss Works. They produce great trusses, excellent experienced staff, fair prices. Tony went over and above helping us to get the right trusses for our job. I would highly recommend them. We are building three structures and are so glad we found them.

I purchased trusses for my garage. I am a plumber by trade and do not know how to order or install a truss. When I called, to make the order, the salesman asked me what the garage dimensions are, the location and how much overhang I wanted. I told him 26'x30', Babb MT and 12''. He printed the design and the invoice. I paid, picked them up and my contractor installed them. The contractor informed me that the overhang is only 6" and not 12".When the contractor was done I had two trusses left over. The contractor said they sent two to many trusses. When I showed him the receipt he informed me that I paid for two extra and 12" overhang. I do not need two extra trusses so I took them back. Greg and Ron were skeptical and said "well you told us how many you wanted." I said no. They took the trusses back and said they would work up a refund. It has been 7 weeks. I called last week and spoke with Greg. He said they were thinking about giving me $100. (I paid $250 each) I said that is not fair. Greg then became angry, raised his voice and said he was not going to refund me any more. Do not use these people if you can help it.

I have been so please with working with Tony! Hes been so helpful. He considers the clients budget and all different aspects. He responds so quickly and his turn around on quotes is quick and appreciated. Thank you so much!

I typically do not do reviews but I had to take time and tell you the great experience I had working with Tony at Truss Works. My take off was not only accurate and timely but at a great price. I had excellent communication with Tony and throughout the company. The owner thanked me for my order and the driver updated me multiple times. Its great to see professionalism these days. The folks at Trussworks are awesome! Greg and Tony are so easy to work with and their customer service is top notch. These days its hard to find dependable construction industry companies that arent out there taking advantage of you left and right. Trussworks is one of those rare companies that care about you as a customer and deliver a top quality product. If you need trusses, they are the ones to go to. Youll be glad you did!
