After installing the toilet incorrectly, the ceiling in the level below was damaged by leaking water. He eventually fixed the toilet, but refused to repair the water damage, insisting that that repair would be an additional cost. 100% would not recommend.

I would never hire Scott again. The plumbing he did in my bathroom leaked and he damaged my down stairs ceiling. I feel he should have fixed it within a couple of days. I didn't get a hold of him untill I put the house up for sale a couple years later I will admit. His answer to me was well it happened to long ago so I shouldn't have to repair it for free because I only give a year warranty on the work I do. Well that's fine but that shouldn't apply to damage he caused. As far as I'm concerned he had two years come and repair that damage he caused. But because I paid him before he fixed the damage it was my responsibility to hound him to do what he knows in his heart he should have fixed 😤😤

We’ve had Scott do a few jobs for us now and he’s pretty much my first call. His quotes are fair and in my experience he communicates really well about the projects. One big selling point is that my wife feels comfortable with him being in the home if I’m gone and she’s alone with our kid. Definitely recommend him.

Scott did an amazing job on my extremely outdated kitchen. He listened to what I wanted with my remodel and gave me everything I wanted. He is very professional and let me know everything that was happening. I definitely plan to hire Scott in the future for other projects I have and recommend to anyone planning on having work done.
