Airstream Interstate starter battery was not turning over while camping at Slough Creek in Yellowstone. Called and they helped us by identifying what we needed, bringing it from Livingston store the same day, fitting us in their busy schedule. Overall professional and helpful Appreciate their service oriented and positive attitude. Service: Battery

We arrived with a problem on our van (fuel system or electric), first, the staff was lovely and tried to squeeze their busy schedule to have it inspected. We had two inspections from the repair shop guys, on friday then monday. On both inspection they didn't notice the issue. That issue made us stop our journey to Yellowstone NP and Grand Teton NP, so it was a big deal to us. We clearly felt unwelcome on monday. We knew they were busy so we tried to arrive with some answers or leads to find the problem from specialised Dodge forums. We have a pretty old van with quite a lot of issues, and we knew it would be complicated to troubleshoot. But they didn't look for what we've asked, they "forgot" to bring us for a test drive so we could point the issue even though we asked them a few times, after the first inspection, they were not able to read the check engine codes... Anyway, we understand it's not the techs fault as they also pointed few things which could cause the issue. But we felt not listened at all and we are the guys who know the van's symptoms best ! Someone even said "he's bored" about our situation. It was definitely non professional to say that in front of people who had to wait 4 days on a carpark and to stop their journey (especially when the shop punchline is "we save your vacation" ) for nothing. If we knew we could drive, we definitely would have gone instead of feeling like the guys who were bothering for nothing. The only reason why I put 2 stars is that Katie has been really kind and helpful. _______ Update according to Dino Lube's Reply _______ Ok there was clearly a lack of communication. The monday 8 am booking was never confirmed by the staff AFTER the first inspection, when we've been advised to continue driving. We actually tried and after 1/2 mile the problem occured again, hence our concerned and will to stay as the next repair shops available were 200 miles away. Of course we would have come at 8 am if we knew the booking was confirmed, what else were we waiting for then ?? I staid outside all monday morning, so I could be ready to jump on the van and not waste the tech's time. After asking 3 times between friday and monday to join the test drive, no one came to see us and the van just left without us. To be completely honest,we are sorry about this review too, we really appreciate your hospitality and the nights for free, even if we had no other choices in our point of view. But because of one person and this lack of communication, we felt we should write this review. I mean who says to a customer, "I don't want to dig into this" or "I'm bored about your situation" ?? Again, we appreciated greatly Katies's help and kindness, the calls and the arrangements she made. Now we don't want to make any fuzz, just to share our point of view which may be of interest for some persons and we wish all the best for the repair shop.
