        I called to pay my internet bill early and was being yelled at by Laurie one of their representatives, she then proceeded to hang up on me twice, this is honestly the worst customer service that I have experienced.

        Service is decent. Prices are ridiculously high. The women that call you or answer when you call are totally rude. You shouldn't speak to people the way they do.
