I never really have liked Reators very much. The one I had there seemed pleasant enough. However, she didn't seem to really have the time for me. She showed me a couple of properties. I later emailed her that I wanted to put an offer in on a property we had looked at. She emailed back and asked for my details. About 10 minutes later she sent another email stating that the owner had already accepted a "verbal offer". I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me. If you don't offer 10 to 20 thousand dollars over the list price and you don't have cash, it seems like no one wants to even bother. In the fall of 2022 when the stock market has crashed, the housing market has hit rock bottom, and unemployment is sky high, I will be setting the terms and the price.
