I have used this business for many years. Unfortunately I recently had a horribly unprofessionally experience with the secretary who told me she wouldn't deal with me and proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I was calling for a bid for a busy colleague who is a a CEO and simply did not have time to call. He was not familiar with the company and I have always had so much respect for Pat and his business, his hard work, great attitude and great work ethic. I had let him know I would be calling and he let me know to just call the office and they would help me out, I was treated horribly! As soon as I gave the lady my name she said Tony wouldn't deal with me. No reason given. I have always paid my bills, referred people, spoken highly of CAP Paving and had the utmost respect for their business knowing Pat has been in business in Helena since 1984 in Helena and built his business from the ground up. He has maintained a good crew and treated his employees well, in my opinion he has treated many like family. Unfortunately his youngest son Tony obviously does not treat the business with the same respect as Pat does not does his secretary and obviously don't care at all about the satisfaction or loyalty of their longtime customers. People who have been with them since 2006 will now bring their business elsewhere. I am a lifetime resident of Helena and it is sad to see a business that I thought was built on good work ethic and morality has changed drastically. Being a hard working professional I know if I ever treated a customer even close to as badly as she treated me, I wouldn't have a job. Without customer, you don't have a business!!!!
