Americas Best Value Inn Closed

One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. They still have smoking rooms that are inter mingled with non-smoking rooms. The bedding had weed seeds attached to it. The pillow case had dried blood on it. The one washer and dryer in the motel was broken as was the vending machine.

We stayed here driving back to Utah from Washington. It was 1am and it was the only hotel available after checking and driving through 3 cities. As we were leaving in the morning i noticed a small reddish bug and a small blood smear on the sheets near where my husbands feet were. (not even sure if the sheets were cleaned previously, my husband never found a bite on his feet) Three weeks later...........i am convinced we have bed bugs after waking up almost every morning since with a new bite. exterminator is coming tomorrow to start the very expensive treatments. In the end DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The staff was efficient and helpful. The room we had was clean and a good size. Wifi was fair, and breakfast was good. I will stay here again with no issue.

Booked me in for Dillon Montanas largest summer event charity bike ride RATPOD, then called me back and cancelled the reservation but billed me anyway. Repeated calls still got nothing accomplished. Unable to speak with manager or anybody in authority to take care of this simple refund. Anthony Melchiorri (Hotel Impossible) needs to pay this hotel a visit.

Dump, cleaner than the Motel 6 down the road, but still a rip-off dump. Wifi really was BAD..........couldn't even use it, outside looked nice, but the halls were dirty looking and the room's carpet was dirty, just not worth the $90 it cost, worth about $40 if that.
