Quoted $20 for passport photo. When my lady arrived by herself and said she was Canadian he stated it increased to $35. Not right. We did find another place for $12.50.

For the price and uncomfortable feeling we got with the studio, not worth the outcome. We feel we overpaid and could've had a family friend do the same without the uncomfortable forced jokes. Also, we waited for nearly a month after photo shoot for photos to be finished to only be told after inquiring ourselves, "Those were done weeks ago!"
Many of the photos were staged poorly with the horizon or natural anchor points unbalanced that it causes issues with nausea when viewing. Some of the photos were even ran through a cookie cutter after effects filter to add that "photo shopped" feeling. The work and end product we received for 1800.00 was not up to our standards. Rather than argue and demand some sort of reimbursement we both agreed to cut our losses and try and salvage what we can from the photos (which were given back in JPEG format and will be somewhat difficult to alter rather than RAW.)
However, despite their shortcomings and the substantial additional work set out before us, the couple at the studio were very nice, respectful, and had many pertinent questions about the event and time frame.
In conclusion, 1 star for end results, and an additional star for work ethic. I feel if you are very religious or are looking for that very concerned religious grandparent vibe, this studio will be for you.
