After giving my story and situation, I was told the tired old line of “we’re too busy.” No prior warning was provided of them being too busy, so being told this only after getting my personal information and story is very disrespectful of my time.Since they won't post any notices saying they wont take new cases (to be respectful of their prospective client's time) so my review should suffice.Two Montana attorneys, with a combined 80 years experience, said the claim of "we're too busy" or "our caseload is too large" or "no new cases" is more often than not a lie, to mask their true feelings of not wanting your case.

I enlisted the services of Chisholm & Chisholm to assist in my divorce. Although my divorce was rather straightforward and simple - compared to how it could've been - the team made sure that I understood that they would be with me every step of the way; they never wavered from said statement and/or position. From my very first conversation with Penni, I knew I had hired the correct firm. Penni and the rest of the team are extremely professional, they provide very fair rates, their attention to detail is top-notch and transparent and the manner in which they speak with you and explain things is highly respectful and the template/benchmark other law firms should subscribe. They have an exceptional way of explaining how they go about the numerous processes. I was never worried nor stressed about any of the processes, they made sure that I could sit back and relax and allow them to do what they needed to do. They had my back every step of the way and provided the professionalism, courtesy and services I hired them for. When my case was wrapping up and it came time to present my case in front of the judge, Penni was literally right by my side. She explained in great detail and transparency what to expect, what questions the judge would ask, etc. Penni and her team are wicked awesome humans, plain and simple. In summary, Penni and her team are the people everyone should have on their side. I am extremely fortunate and grateful for all they do and did for my case. I'm very pleased I hired them and encourage others to contact Penni and her team as soon as you need them. Knock on wood, should I require their services again, they will be the first law firm I contact, fact. Penni and the rest of the team, keep up the fantastic work!

Absolutely incredible!!! Definitely recommend for any matter that requires representation. I received help with a parenting plan and the experience was exceptional. I cant say thank you enough for such incredible expertise and advice during a quite difficult time.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this firm. In addition to their experience, professionalism, diligence and genuine care for their clients, Penni went the extra mile again and again, especially when my health limitations required extra help and guidance during my case. Their entire staff is caring and professional and very responsive and helpful.
