Dishonest service area, sent vehicle out missing equipment and never informed me. I don't care that it's a $25 oil cap, I care that there was no attempt to have it resolved or informed " Your vehicle is missing a part that we can quickly and easily replace". If something this small was neglected, then what was neglected on the larger jobs.
I try to give shops a chance, people are people things happen. But after so many disappointing interactions I will no longer do any business with Butte Toyota or any of its other shops. The truck is going in for further inspection to see whatelse may be missing or neglected.

The dealership applied a 27% markup to the MSRP which they called a market adjustment ($17,000 markup). They came down but I still paid $6,000 more than the MSRP. After talking to other people about their experiences at this dealership and considering my own I would most definetly not use this dealer again.

Paid almost $200 for an assessment that said I needed to change my front diff fluid and quoted me for a $1000 part with no solutions for a quick easy fix on my 4wd I figured out on my own. Support a local business and go elsewhere to fix your rig.
