I would strongly recommend anyone needing health care to seek other avenues then this one. I don't know what has happened to them, but anymore they are just down right rude and surly. I'd rather operate on myself with a dull rusty knife, then to have to go here.

We needed covid results before we could enter Canada. Lizzy faxed the papers we needed so we didn't have to wait another day and miss our tour. Everyone I talked to were also pleasant and extremely helpful! 😊

Every doctor I seen out of community health has been piss poor the last doctor I hurt my back and she didnt even look at it I been in for other health issues and not one time have I ever got my health needs meet though here so I stopped getting any doctors thou this place my bf was treated so bad from a doctor there after getting staff from st james I think this place dont even deserve a star they treat there patients poorly and never find out the underlying health isues I have had many different doctors out of here and not once seen a good one stopped going there or st james the one star hospital

You can tell that some of the staff really care about helping their patients and going the extra mile... Nurse Practitioner Kara Howard is not one of them. Walking proof some people have no business in healthcare. This clinic isn't all bad, but if they stick you with NP Howard, politely ask for another provider. My 2cents
