Dr. Donna Smith and all the doctors and staff are amazing. The receptionist are so very nice and polite. I'm so glad I go there.

As my PCP, Kerry Bohlken was confrontational, very dismissive, and never seemed to want my input in my care plan. She considered my symptoms as irrelevant and wasting her time, and she told me she was only interested in test results. Frankly, I would think she would be better off as a coroner where the patients wouldn't actually bother her.

Pretty terrible experience with NP Romine, which seems to echo the feedback on other providers at the clinic. She seemed annoyed by my existence and barely spent 10 minutes in the room on what was supposed to be a new patient appointment ($400). Didn't touch me once, or even pretend to listen to heart/lung sounds. Then I had to call countless times just to get her to send Rx to the pharmacy. She is a terrible clinician and a good example of everything wrong with healthcare in our country. Butte deserves better... I'm grateful I can afford to go somewhere else, but for some that's not an option. Please look into other options before pursuing care here.

I had a nightmare of an experience here. I came in experiencing the worst pain I've ever felt in my life and would have done anything for some help. "Dr." Harold Bruce came in and immediately started firing off invasive questions in an accusatory manner. Yes, I was a little grumpy - again I reiterate, worst pain of my life. He got upset and started loudly lecturing me about my attitude, to which I responded that it was not personal, please help me, I'm sorry. He was clearly exasperated by me, prescribed a medication for a condition that I don't even remotely have, and left the room without a word. The prescription paper was then delivered to me by a nurse who also appeared annoyed by my existence, and also left without a word. I decided to hang out against the wall and eavesdrop before I left. I'm glad I did, because I got to hear Harold and his gaggle of nurses making fun of me and laughing in the other room. "She thought I was just going to prescribe her narcotics! Hahaha!" (Probably couldn't because he's not qualified, if I had to guess!) I left and went to get the useless prescription filled because I was willing to try anything. Spent the night vomiting from pain and eventually went to the ER. I have called the patient advocate line and not heard back. The people of Butte deserve better.
