The customer service here was very good. The rooms, however, were disgusting. Reeked of cigarette smoke, got worse when the heater was on. The pillows smelled like they were dipped in tobacco. The beds creaked and popped so much I could hardly sleep. One bed was straight up broken. The floor was dirty, the towels were stained. I didn't even shower because of all the mold in the shower. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

Room was much better than expected! Staff is very nice as well. Quality Inn became my new Fave 😁

I was checked in to a room at the end of A Wing and was told by the desk clerk that the outside doors were "more miss than hit." He wasn't wrong. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby more than once just to get inside. Also, the hallway smelled like smoke, which made the outside door issues that much more annoying. The room itself was fine, I guess. Bathroom fan was super loud and the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. It was a business trip booked by my employer, but I'm going to ask to stay anywhere else in the future.

These last 2 years have been challenging for us that rely on hotels, restaurants, basic common courtesy to get us from point A to point B. It's a rarity to find such comforting and inviting service as I received here. Shannon and the intire staff that I had dealings with, were outstanding! I appreciate it. Thank you. And the hotel is definitely the value for the money!
