We ordered specific flowers for my mothers service and were guaranteed delivery. On the day, they delivered one arrangement and not the 2 violets. No call, nothing. When contacted later they said, oh we thought you were picking up the violets. When asked what sense that made since they delivered the other, no answer, no apology, nothing. Thank heavens we had a back up plan. Would not acknowledge they did not come in or any error. We picked up the violets the next day and again no acknowledgment that they screwed up. Will not supply documentation regarding when the violets actually arrived to them. Will never use again. Not even worth 1 star but will not post without

I've used them for years for Mother's Day flowers and their bouquets are always beautiful and arrive on time.

Ordered easily online and they were delivered as promised. They were not skimpy! And they honored my special request in the notes to make them look a bit more 'wild' with some small added accents. Really appreciated.
