Ive gone in a few times for different services, My first haircut was decent and she actually took her time. My pedicure was sloppy, I was told I couldnt get French tip because they didnt know how to. I scheduled an appt for a haircut where she clearly took a walk in prior to me showing up 10 mins early, I waited 45 mins to simply have an inch cut off my hair. I wasnt faced towards the mirror to see what she was doing either so I am disappointed in how short she cut my hair. I didnt have my hair washed or styled but I was charged $25. I will not be going back after this last visit.

First off I just want to say all the girls do amazing work here. They are all great stylists and their work is always amazing. However, the owner of the business (she is also a great stylist) but as a business owner not so much, she went months without paying her employees their full paychecks. 6 people quit due to this. I would not recommend working here at all. Yes the girls are great, clients are great, but from a business standpoint dont recommend. Do with the information what you will, but I needed it to be known somehow.

I just walked out of the bustle salon. I had booked a 2-hour overall color. And when I got there they told me it would take 4 hours to do my hair. They were in flexible and snobby. They will never get my business again.

I got my septum pierced at bustle and it was almost painless!!! I absolutely was happy with my nose ring and the environment. All the ladies are super sweet and very bubbly!! I recommend
