I picked up an order based on the menu online saying it was a grilled hot sandwich on sourdough and when I got home it was cold on a hoagie style. Iâ€™m not a fan of cold sandwiches so I was super disappointed- called to let them know the menu was wrong and hopefully get a different sandwich since this one was clearly wrong on their end and the customer service was not there. Basically said sorry we will fix it online and nothing more was offered. Probably wonâ€™t be coming back. Customer satisfaction is key.
