We ordered Pad Thai and Pad Woo Sen, and they were both bland and not appetizing. Neither of us finished either meal. I've been here before for lunch and it was quite good, so it seems to be pretty hit or miss. The pad thai was especially bad. If you've ever smelled fish food-that's what it tasted like. Very disappointed, will go to Sweet Chili or Rice next time.

The first time dining there it was an ok experience but the second time was atrocious. The restaurant doesn't appear to be managed very well. There was a lot of miscommunication going on between the chefs and the rest of the staff. It took over 75 minutes to get our food. Apparently everyone was supposed to be told it would take an hour to receive our food but that wasn't being communicated to anyone coming in. When we finally asked about our food they said it would be right out which actually meant another 20 minutes of waiting. There were only about 10 other people in the restaurant so I'm unsure of why the food was taking so long to make. Overall it was a very bad experience and will not be going back again.

I called in the order at 4:50 and was told that the cook starts at 5pm, completely understandable I was told that it would be ready by 5:20. We waited until 5:45 to get our order- no apologies. There was only one other couple in there waiting on food. And two people working in the kitchen... When I got home I was starving! I looked in my box of Pad Thai and saw a noodle tomato type meal. I have been to Thai restaurants in Los Angeles, Honolulu, North Carolina and Las Vegas... Some of which were run buy people straight out of Thailand. My go to meal is a Chicken Pad Thai. At Lemongrass Thai the Pad Thai that was given to us had a red sauce on it. It was also not spicy at all and had no sweetness. After I tasted it I was very disappointed. I called and talked to the hostess and she said that no one ever in Bozeman has said that the Pad Thai tasted "different" she suggested I toss the noodles with some sugar to sweeten it. I JUST PAID YOU MONEY TO MAKE ME A VERY VERY EASY THAI MEAL AND YOU WANT ME TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE? She even told me that the cook was from Thailand... well the kitchen is exposed to the eating area and that cook was a white guy from Bozeman. We got a couple other meals and they were ok. not much to them at all. Bozeman, please don't go there- help put them out of business. Or at least help them to see that their authentic Thai cook needs to take some cooking classes...
