Dale and Ryan were exceptional!!! It is so hard to get anyone to do small plumbing jobs but they jumped in with just a week notice to help a damsel in distress. I'm a local General Contractor in Gallatin County, and I reached out to Bullet Plumbing requesting a referral for radiant heating. After trying to reach multiple plumbers in the area who would either not pick up or simply would not help me, the owner Dale picked up his phone immediately and graciously offered several recommendations. People that are responsive and professional are harder than ever to find these days - I'll call Dale first next time for my plumbing needs. Great job Dale!

Dale and his crew did an EXCELLENT job installing all the piping needed for the installation of a gas fireplace insert. The project had a lot of moving parts that needed coordination between the City of Bozeman, NorthWest Energy, and the fireplace insert vendor. Dale handled it all with patience and professionalism, despite hiccups with the others involved. Would use Bullet Plumbing again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sadly I needed a plumber on the Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend. No getting around it, the hot water heater was leaking (and getting ready to empty onto the floor) in a rental. I called no less than 10 plumbing companies, the larger ones couldnt even get to until after the Monday holiday, one couldnt get the part, several still havent called back. Not only did Dale respond right away, but he offered to look at the problem to make sure we could fit the new one in off the clock. He masked up without being asked to and respected the tenants no shoes household. He made sure all was right when the first valve leaked (factory defect) and just made it all work without leaving a mess behind. He was very accommodating, pleasant and reasonable.
