We have been using Bear Paw for 15 years. They installed our initial sprinkler system and help us with fall 'blow-outs' and spring start ups every year. They are dependable, friendly and have always been professional. I appreciate their customer service.

They take 2 weeks to get back to you with a simple question and are reluctant to stay on the phone for more than two minutes. My advice to the owner - if you are unwilling to speak to your customers, you should hire someone who will or not own a business. Very unprofessional.

I've used these guys for years now, after another company didn't show up and left me scrambling. They've always been awesome, and I recommend them highly.

Last year the sprinkler company that I usually use didn't show up. We were leaving for our vacation and couldn't find anyone to help us. We called Bear Paw and they sent someone out immediately. Their tech did a fantastic job! I just called again to schedule for this years winterization, had no trouble reaching the company as was reported by other reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bear Paw to anyone!
