The customer service is dry and robotic. They are not personable.

They treat your dog very well. Kennels West is inexpensive. They have a pool available for the summer time. You can bring your own dog food and can place multiple dogs in one kennel if you desire. They also accommodated us by placing my parents dog across from mine to allow them to see eachother.

Boarding my Dog at Kennels West was my best experience with boarding that I've had in the area. Their facility is comparable to Know Thy Dog, but the prices are better and it has been easier to get in even on short notice and a long holiday weekend. But that isn't why they get five stars. My wife is a dog trainer and in her learning about their behavior and how best to interact with them, I also learned quite a bit. We immediately noticed that the staff at Kennels West spoke my dog's "language". 3/3 of the people that we interacted with here impressed us with their recognition of dog behavior and social cues. Thank you, Kennels West!
