    I purchased a ring in December they told me that they were backed up and they would have it ready by Jan 22nd on the 22nd I got a call saying it was going to cost 10 extra dollars when I pick it up and it will be here for sure by the 28th well it's still not here and every day they tell me tomorrow that's all I hear I wouldnt buy nothing from them I cant imagine how hard it will be to warranty it if something happens uggg so frustrating if people are smart they would go to jensen's down the hall

    One of the tines on my ring bent and broke off. I purchased the ring 31 years ago and replaced the tines twice with Schubachs/Samuels in that time, have had too many cleanings to count and have had it appraised also at Samuels in this time. I took the ring in to have it looked at and a nice gentleman in there told me that I needed my warranty paperwork. I went home and went back two days later and a VERY rude lady (Manager from the Missoula store named Katie) was in there and I explained I had been in a couple of days earlier and was told to bring back my paperwork. Before I could even get it out of the manila folder I had it in, Katie said, "you don't have a warranty". I said I was in here a couple of days ago and told to bring my paperwork back, she didn't want to look at anything I had, kept insisting I had no warranty since I hadn't been in every 6 month (never even asked if I had been in or my name or anything). My husband asked her for her name and she said "what do you mean" he said "just that what is your name and can I talk to a manager". She then proceeded to tell us she was a manager from the Missoula store. She gave us a card which she had wrote her information on and we proceeded to leave. As we were leaving my husband said thank you for a very unpleasant experience which Katie replied to "you made it that way". I called corporate the next morning. They said to send them a copy of my receipt, which I emailed them, and they would call me back on Monday. I didn't receive a call on Monday, called and left a message on Tuesday and then called again on Wednesday. Corporate told me that I didn't have a warranty as the receipt was so old they couldn't even find the codes on their computer, they had no record of our purchase in their computer and the receipt wasn't theirs. I said it is even stamped with your stamp from the store. They again also said "you have no records of being in every 6 months" . I said no, because when I come in for cleaning/inspections no one asks me my name or makes any notes I have been in. They said I have to keep those records. I said but if I keep the record, you just told me the receipt I have of my purchase is no good because it's my records and you don't have it in your records so now my records of when I have been in are good but my receipt of purchase is not good. They said yes. I said that's double talk. They refused to fix my ring. I will never purchase anything again here nor will I ever recommend anyone else goes here. (by the way I would have even paid to fix my ring if anyone could have been polite and helpful but now I won't trust them with my ring.)
