Incredibly disappointed in the customer service with Townsquare. Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. Their turn-over rate is the highest I've ever heard of - which makes working with them for business needs just awesome (sarcasm). Phone system is ridiculous. Barely could give two stars.

UPDATED: Townsquare Media reached out to us after my original review (below). They were friendly, communicative, and professional--- completely the opposite of what we have initially experienced. I have to say that we are blown away with the extent they have gone to make things right. Thanks to the upper management for helping us and fixing our website. Original review (1star): Do not use their services. This company is nothing but a scam. We hired them to help our company be more searchable. They took our already made website and riddled it with bad grammar and incomplete sentences. We gave them MANY chances to correct their mistakes and after almost 8 months of paying them $500/mo we just couldn't do it anymore. When we decided we wanted to end their services (not even sure what they did since they did nothing to improve our advertising) they told us they were taking our website down! The website WE build and paid for. We couldn't reach them for WEEKS and were transferred between many 5 different representatives to try and end our subscription. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETE RESOLUTION. Do yourself a favor and just pay the search engine (Google, Microsoft etc.) to do your ads.. they actually work like they say they do and you won't be wasting hard earned money for people doing nothing to help you or your business. This company needs some more accountability for their sales representatives.
