Not only did I pay for a night I didn't use, they charged me $12 because I inadvertenly took my key. I decided to book another night because by 11am my vehicle was not finished and I needed a place to hang. At 1:12pm I got a call my vehicle was ready and informed the staff, knowing full well I wouldn't get refunded for the night I didn't use. So you'd think when I offered to mail the key back to them, they would have been fine. AND if I stopped soon enough and dropped it in the mail (I was less than 100 miles down the road) that it was feasible it could have gotten there before I was due to check out from my second night. But no, they were going to charge me $12 anyway. My wife and I ran a very highly rated (4.7) budget motel for 12 years and would never have done either of these with a guest.

Always love staying at the hostel. The crew is very helpful in getting me settled in.

Great place to stay for cheap! Right in downtown and all the employees are nice. Very reasonable rules. Rooms were not the cleanest but not gross, that was my only small problem.
Nearby activities: Downtown is steps away
Walkability: Right in downtown, not wheelchair accessible (as they state)
