Couldn't be happier with my experience here. Brenda stood to gain nothing by helping me out as I simply needed a medallion signature guarantee to liquidate an investment but which is largely unavailable to people in Bozeman who don't have an investment account. She took the time to make me an appointment, helped me contact the investment firm, encouraged them to find a workaround to getting this stamp and gave me specific instructions on how to proceed. Excellent experience and a truly kind and helpful staff.

I'm a little disappointed with my experience. This is the beginning of my career and one of the many benefits is investing in my SEP IRA. The conversation I had with Carl lacked alternatives when I said I did not want to invest in Amazon, Big Oil, or CVS. As a young investor, I want to ensure that my holdings are going towards companies that are ethical and somewhat align with my morals. When I asked if there were any other options, there was silence on the other end of the call. Overall, I was not at all impressed and I wish they would have provided me with more open-minded and diverse alternatives as to where to invest my retirement. I felt very boxed in to only two viable options and did not have a good feeling after that conversation which is why I am leaving this one-star review.
