My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Pella sales specialist Chase D’Agostino. He helped us find the right windows and doors for our new home. He was extremely professional, understanding, friendly, very knowledgeable and always had a quick response time with us. Apart from all of these amazing qualities, Chase excelled past our expectations when it came to customer service! He doesn’t hesitate to do the right thing. My wife and I will do business with anyone who operates with integrity like Chase did. He is definitely a quality employee that we would want representing the face of our company if we had one! My wife and I had a great experience purchasing windows from Edbo Genet, with Bozeman Pella. He was super efficient, knew the products really well, and followed-up promptly. His measurements were spot-on when it came to the install, too. We heat with wood, so getting new windows made a huge difference in how many fires we have to make, and how much wood we need for the winter.
