        They have good customer service. The tech mechanics are well aware of the problems and then do x it right and take time to do a safety check inspection first. And friendly. I would recommend to take car up there plus reasonable prices.

        The labor shortage is hitting everyone right now, but when I called, they took a few extra minutes to help me do some of my own diagnostics. While it was not successful in reducing my wait time to get my vehicle serviced, the level of customer service I was given was miles ahead of other shops giving me a scripted, "We'd have to look at it," before even listening to my questions. Thank you, Straightaway Motors!
