Dawn and her team are beyond fantastic. You can read about our issues below, but what I want to share is my feelings about this place and these people. It wasn't just that Dawn, Jim and Gary fixed our problems, it was the manner in which they worked with us. Friendly, kind, willing to do anything to help us. We felt welcomed and like they were friends helping friends. Thank you all so very much. And thanks for sharing Daisy Mae (adorable Golden Retriever puppy). She made my day even more brighter. We have a motor home and the electric cable that connects the RV to the tow vehicle had become warn and non-operable from dragging on the ground. Jim fixed the cable, but the turn signals didn't work. Poor Jim, he knew he fixed it right, but was concerned maybe he missed something. They verified the cable was fixed, and looked for other issues. Dawn quickly diagnosed the likely cause as a blown fuse. While Dawn was looking at fuses, Gary started testing the electric connection on the RV. All was fine there. We checked every fuse related to the tow vehicle, and found a 20 amp mini fuse that was blown. Fuse replaced, problem fixed. ❤❤❤❤❤
