The entire process is trash from corporate answering phones for local operation and not putting in the order. To not answering the phone or just simply hanging up when they can't figure it out. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Long time customer when it was waste management. Republic bought them out and turned the business of garbage collection into just plain garbage. Collection day is Tuesday.... pick it up on Tuesday then. You missed multiple days this year and told us to just leave it out. We waited until the following week before you finally touched it. Happened again and you were good with it sitting out there another 2 days rather than just coming out right away when it was your lazy staff who didn't want to do our side of the street as we are the only customer over here. Problem solved.... you now have NO customers on our side of the street.

They are terrible. They missed many pickups this year, then randomly added a $50 charge to one of my bills claiming that I had excessive trash next to my receptacle but of course provided no evidence of such claim which would be impossible and contrary to the video evidence on my properties security cameras. As I refuse to pay the fraudulent and extortive charge, they have cancelled my service. Service: General junk removal

Absolutely The Worst Service!! The Laziness Is Absolutely Ridiculous.. Makes Entirely No Sense That They Expect People To Be Able To Fit A Weeks Worth Of Trash Into One Tiny Can.. The Solution To This They Said Would Be To Buy Another Can & Pay For Another Service, This Money Hungry Company Is Disgraceful..
