        The service guy was very prompt and had what he needed fixed the heater in 15 mins. Very professional.

        The second technician Phil was very condescending and he left a mess after pulling my furnace apart. I will not be recommending them to anyone and went with another company to install a new furnace. Additionally, I would not have needed a "new" furnace had they replaced the fan motor correctly and not overly tightened the belt (or didn't replace it with a new one) which snapped and then broke the bearing. Service: Heating system repair
