While I was away, Julie at the office coordinated with ABF to place my trailer conveniently next to the storage unit and worked with the unload and loading crew. Her exceptional customer service ensured a seamless cross state moving experience. Would do business again!

If you are looking for a storage unit for whatever reason I highly recommend homestead. The ladies in the office are very friendly, professional and understanding of any situation. They are very willing to work with you. As long as you let them know what is going on they are extremely happy to do their very best for you. The units are kept clean, security isn't an issue and you feel safe when there at anytime. So give them a call. I would like to especially give thanks to Julie the office manager, whom is one of the BEST customer service rep I have ever dealt with. So give them a call.

Barbara is amazing! She helped me find what I was looking for, and explained all very thoroughly. A month later I rented another unit and had questions concerning the billing. The next day I was lucky enough to get Barbara and she handled everything, including followup. She is a wonderful person. Thank you so much! Michael
