I've been a customer of Solo Graphics for quite a few years. Scott has since sold the business and new owners have taken over. I called and needed a digital copy of a business card file I paid to have designed under the old ownership. I was told by Juni the owner that they have started to charge a 75.00 fee for any graphics needed to be sent. Really? Your going to hold my digital file hostage for 75 bucks? I feel this is just bad customer service. I may not have paid them(the new owners) for the original design, but what about future business? When I need my van wrapped again where do you think I'm going to go? Definitely not here. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks!

Scott and his crew did a great job. I had an idea but I'm lost when it comes to creativity I couldn't be happier. The price was right and really fast.

Not only did they knock it out of the park the first time they wrapped my van, they put it back just how it was after I got in an accident. Of course Solo has the best quality, and if you shop around you'll see they have the best price too. It's no wonder they are always so busy. Everybody knows it's worth the wait. And even though they were busy tonight, and even though I know sometimes you gotta wait for a good thing, Scott pulled through and worked late and got my van completely finished. I swear I get more people asking where to get their vehicle wrapped than ask me if I can DJ for them. His work speaks for itself.
