It said on your website that you were open today (Sunday from 10am-3pm). I drove all the way over there in a blizzarding snowstorm. When I got there, the front door was locked. Another customer was outside too. She said that according to your website, you were supposed to be open. Since you lied about your hours, me and the other customer had to leave without getting anything accomplished. If you can't tell the truth about when you are going to be open, then don't bother posting any hours online. I wasted gas, my time, and almost got rear ended in a car accident do to the bad weather. I would have never ventured out in the bad weather had I have been told the truth about your hours.

They will take USPS but will not offer a receipt. Kinda shady since a lost package insurance claim would be stopped because there's no proof you delivered it on your end. Up a star if they fix it by either saying no usps. Up 2 if they work out taking receipts. Up 1/2-1 for strengthen staffing. BTW Ace on 32nd got it done inside of 10 seconds from counter..postage was paid so 2 second scan and time for handoff..slam done.

Super bumped out the Google store hours say that they are open on Sundays for a few hours and I went by today and sadly they are closed definitely don't expect any store to stay open 7 days a week but would be nice if their store hours were correct on Google I did send a suggested edit hopefully it will be fixed

They need to have their hours changed, went here today cause it shows its opened on Google. But it's clearly not.

I just want to say about one employee (her name is Kobil that show in my recieved paper.she is so rude and not friendly, Never say Hi or Thank you. She got a worst customer service skills….I just hate it every time she is my cashier. Make me feel like I need to change the store. Every other employee always so nice and helpful.
