They were very helpful and affordable! I had access to my storage right away and everything was done over the phone.

I only had my stuff there for maybe a couple of months before someone broke into the storage unit and STOLE all of my stuff, including my entire massage therapy practice that I was storing there until I could start practicing again after Covid. I filed a police report along with a couple of other people that had their storage units robbed as well. Al's Storage said that they would look into the robbery and go over their surveillance cameras. They said they suspected that it was someone who use to rent from there and had to be evicted because the person was living in their unit! Unfortunately, the lock on the main gate has 1 code, so everyone that has rented from there has that one code to get into the storage, which is not a good idea in my opinion. The thief did not break the lock on the entry gate to get in, they knew the code! But they did break locks off of units inside, including mine. Al's Storage never did let me know if they saw anything and they never did anything about the whole situation. They never contacted me about it either. I was so upset and frustrated. I do not recommend this place!
